Piedmont Psychotherapy is located in Oakland, just off of Piedmont Avenue.
The office is situated in the lower suite of a renovated, comfortable, old-Oakland home. Street parking is available, come a few minutes early. There is no client parking in the lot behind the building. A door code is necessary for entry into the waiting room.
Although clients come from all over the East Bay, Piedmont Psychotherapy serves primarily the Oakland and Piedmont areas. It’s conveniently situated between the 580 Freeway and Highway 13, and between Pleasant Valley (Grand Avenue/51st Street) and MacArthur. A perfect place to take a walk, have a cup of coffee or a piece of pizza, and window shop. We love our local Piedmont Avenue businesses!
Piedmont Psychotherapy is in walking and biking distance of Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, St. Leo’s School, Piedmont High School, Piedmont Middle School, Millennium and Oakland Tech.
If you are using public transportation to arrive at the office, the closest AC Transit bus stop is at Piedmont Avenue & Brandon Street. This stop is just around the corner from Glen Eden Avenue.
